Danny Jay Hizami is a proud Los Angeles native and seasoned entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for business, community, and real estate. A graduate of Notre Dame High School, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Arizona State University’s prestigious Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

Before transitioning into real estate professionally, Danny built a successful career as a business owner—operating three KFC locations and launching the acclaimed restaurant Figueroa Philly, which earned international recognition including a feature on the Food Network. Crucially, alongside his entrepreneurship, Danny spent more than 30 years helping manage his father's real estate portfolio, assisting with transactions, maintenance, tenant relations, and long-term asset strategy. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for his sharp negotiation skills, market intuition, and client-first approach.
